What do I do if my customer doesn’t have their license code and I can’t find their TurboTax desktop order?
If you downloaded TurboTax directly from an authorized retailer, your license code should be included in your order confirmation. Check your email or your order history. If it’s not there, you’ll need to contact the retailer directly.
Why is my TurboTax license code not working?
This error is caused by the internet connection being unable to establish a connection to our server for license activation. If they’re successful, your TurboTax software will skip activation and open the starting screen, where you can begin or continue to file your return.
